Non La is a family-run restaurant on Knuckey Street in Darwin City, cooking Vietnamese and Thai food for lunch and dinner.
The name is the nón lá, the conical leaf hat of Vietnam. The menu runs from pho, laksa and won ton soup to pad Thai, curries, half duck and grilled pork chop with rice.
Diners write about the family and the broth. In 2023 one called it a "hardworking family run business from Saigon" whose pho was "the most traditional we have had in Australia", and noticed the carved wooden tables and chairs. In 2025 another came for the pho and the lunch specials, and for the air-conditioning on a humid day.
